Do you only handle trips starting from Kerala?
Kerala (especially arrivals via Cochin International Airport) is our core base, but we also plan selected
pan-India and international trips depending on your requirement. Many guests fly from other states into
Kerala for their holidays, and we coordinate the arrival, local circuit and departure.
Are the packages on the website fixed, or can I customise them?
All packages are fully customisable. Think of them as a base idea. We can adjust hotel category, number of
nights, sightseeing, free days, arrival / departure city and more. Most travellers tweak at least a few
parts to suit their pace and budget.
How do I receive a quote and day-wise itinerary?
Once you share dates, group size and preferred destinations (via WhatsApp, call or form), we prepare a
suggested route with a day-wise plan and approximate costing. This is usually shared on WhatsApp or email
so you can review, ask changes and clarify doubts before booking.
What’s included in the package price, and what is usually extra?
Inclusions typically cover hotel stays, daily breakfast (or meals as mentioned), local transport as per
itinerary and basic driver / cab charges. Exclusions usually include flight / train tickets (unless
specified), entry tickets, personal expenses, certain activities and anything not mentioned in the
inclusions. We clearly list this in your quote so there are no surprises.
How do I confirm my booking with Classic Compass?
Once you are satisfied with the itinerary and costing, we share payment details and a clear breakup of
advance + balance. After the advance is received, we block hotels and transport, then share confirmations
/ vouchers and driver information (as applicable) before your trip begins.
Can you arrange special requests like honeymoon decor or birthday surprises?
Yes, we often help with honeymoon room decor, cakes, candle-light dinners and small celebration setups
(subject to hotel policies and any extra charges). Inform us in advance and we’ll suggest what is possible
at your chosen destination and budget.
What if my flight is delayed or plans change last minute?
If your flight / train timing changes, inform us as soon as you know. We coordinate with the driver and
hotels to adjust pickup times and check-ins as far as possible. Major changes in dates or routes may affect
costing and availability, but we always try to minimise impact and keep you informed.
Will someone be available if I need help during the trip?
Yes. You’ll have an active WhatsApp / phone contact from Classic Compass for on-trip assistance. For
example: clarifying timings, resolving a hotel issue, adjusting sightseeing slightly, or handling any
unexpected situations which arise while you are travelling.
Do you handle student groups, corporate trips and large families?
Absolutely. We regularly work with student groups, colleges, corporates and big family gatherings. Plans
are designed with suitable transport (tempo travellers / coaches), rooming arrangements, age-appropriate
sightseeing and clear communication for the group coordinators.
I don’t know where to go yet. Can you suggest destinations?
Yes. Many travellers only know their travel month, duration and who they are travelling with. Share these
details plus a rough budget, and we’ll recommend whether Kerala, Kashmir, hill stations, beaches or a mix
of places will suit you best — along with sample itineraries.
